Goodman Lift Lobby Upgrade
Goodman commissioned the interior design team to modernise the lift lobby at 65 Epping Road, North Ryde. The original lobby had not been touched since the building was built in the 1980s. The original cladding was outdated and starting to wear.

Rockdale Lendlease Tyco Joint Venture Reception & Breakout Refurbishment
We started this project for RMS last year and it was just recently finished. We did the finishes, documentation drawings and we also did the Tender management. Formula was our Builders; they were great to work with. The project ran very smoothly and the Client sent us a very nice and warm letter after completion.
Goulburn Valley Water
Goulburn Valley Water has now approved our recommended design option for the location and general footprint.
We are now developing layouts to confirm the location of all staff.
The building is a 2 storey structure with a central atrium which will be the internal focus of the building environment.
Marsden Home Hub
We have been working on RMS office upgrade in Yennora. This project started as a typical government office fitout with fixed workstations throughout. However, towards signing-off the plan, the Client decided they wanted to include Activity-based workstation within the fitout.
The stage 1 of this project has been completed; we are waiting for the next stage to be approved.
Leffler Simes Interiors were engaged to design the JB HiFI Meeting Room Precinct & Breakout Upgrade in the Chadstone Shopping Centre, covering 550 square meters, with an approximate construction cost of $250,000.
‘The Emporium’ is small 70m2 retail store in Fairfield RSL with a big luxurious concept. Leffler Simes interiors were engaged by the client to transform their existing cluttered and dark retail store into a luxurious and exclusive retail store displaying their premium brands from concept through to completion. The highly detailed project included Carrera marble floor tiles, custom rugs, and beautiful veneers throughout with brass detailing. The new store is opulent, bright and exclusive and is already being noticed by luxury brands wanting to showcase their product.
The McDonald College Boarding House
The McDonald College Boarding house is nearing completion with minor works being carried out to finalise the project. The 40 Student boarding house has been successfully completed by Leffler Simes from Concept Design all the way through construction to completion. Samantha Riley Square
Located in Kellyville NSW, this residential development comprises 736 apartments in 7 discreet towers ranging from 18 to 6 storeys. A large central space with a vista to the north ensures a good outlook and orientation for most apartments. A required mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments is included. Located adjacent to a proposed train stop on the newly built North West Rail line, this major development will be a landmark statement in the precinct. It is awaiting approval from the relevant authorities.
The McDonald College Boarding House
Leffler Simes Architects are proud to see The McDonald College Boarding House is starting to take shape with ground and first floor slabs poured, formwork being stripped to reveal the trapezoid feature columns at the entry and second floor being formed. The scaffold is being erected and the overall shape of the building is starting to become evident behind the tree lines of George Street.
Lincoln Rise Apartments – Kellyville NSW
Designed by Leffler Simes, this new multi residential development with 140 apartments in Kellyville has council approval and is now going through design development. The apartments are spread through four towers of four and five storeys with secure basement car parking.
